Hi, I'm Leslie.
I've spent 20+ years working inside traditional and mainline Protestant churches. Right now I serve as Director of Music and Digital Ministry at Round Hill Community Church, which means I do this work every single week, inside a real church, with a real budget and real constraints.
I'm also a classically trained organist with credentials from Yale and the Cleveland Institute of Music, and a Harvard Business School Online graduate. I understand both the culture of traditional churches and the business of building something that actually works.
