Hey friend. I see you.

The Sunday’s-coming rhythm. The Canva drafts. The “just one more edit” before you hit publish. The way your heart still beats for ministry, even when your inbox is full and your website feels... let’s just say “vintage.”

You care deeply about your church. But sometimes you’re just tired. Tired of guessing what to post. Tired of feeling behind. Tired of carrying the weight of digital ministry on top of everything else.

Here’s the truth: it does matter. And it doesn’t have to feel this heavy.

Digital ministry can be so much more than event reminders and last-minute posts. It can be a space that feels alive, where your community actually connects, where your church’s voice feels warm and human, and where you finally feel proud of what you’re sharing.

That’s where I come in. I take care of the strategy, the structure, and the tech overwhelm so you don’t have to. You get to focus on what you do best — leading, loving, and showing up for your people — while I handle the pieces that help your online presence shine.

I’ve been where you are... behind the organ, behind the laptop, behind the scenes holding it all together. I know what it’s like to crave clarity, to want a plan that makes sense, and to just breathe again in this work.

My job is to make digital ministry simpler, more sustainable, and way more you.

Because your church’s story deserves to shine online. And you deserve a plan that helps it happen, without burning you out in the process.

Hi, I’m Leslie!

Part digital strategist, part organist, wholly about helping churches thrive online without losing their soul in the scroll.

My story started at the organ bench (yep, literally). That’s where music and ministry first tangled together for me, and where I fell in love with how communication can make worship feel more connected... more alive.

Fast forward a few years, a few degrees (Cleveland Institute of Music and Yale), and a whole lot of Sunday mornings later, and now I serve as a Director of Music & Digital Ministry. The same creative instincts that help me shape sound also guide how I design digital spaces that feel grounded, thoughtful, and genuinely inviting.

These days, I help churches build digital strategies that reflect their values, engage their communities, and support real spiritual growth.

Alongside ministry and music, I also hold a Certificate of Specialization in Marketing from Harvard Business School Online, which helps me bring smart, modern marketing insight into every strategy I design.

When we work together, you’re not just getting a consultant. You’re getting a guide who knows church life from the inside and genuinely cares about helping your ministry thrive.
